Why are Convo VRS and Convo Link stop working?

We've brought all VRS calling into one app. As of May 4, Convo VRS and Convo Link are no longer available — download Convo Call or visit call.convo.io to make a VRS call.

Will my Convo contacts move to Convo Call from Convo VRS/Convo Link?

Yes. Your contacts and account information will be available when you log in to Convo Call.

Is there a desktop app for Convo Call?

Convo Call is moving toward a web browser experience as the desktop replacement, and we’ll continue expanding what’s available there as part of our roadmap. If you still prefer a dedicated desktop app, please let us know. Your feedback will help guide what we build next.

Can I go back to Convo VRS/Convo Link?

No - after you log into Convo Call, you’re on Convo Call. We designed this to give you the best experience, without cross-app issues.

Can I log in with the same VRS number and password?

Yes, you can log in using the same VRS number and password you use for Convo VRS/Convo Link, and you don’t need to create a new account. With Convo Call, you can log in with your email address as well!
