Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams or other video services for a meeting? No problem!
When you sign up with Convo, you also have the option to pre-book an interpreter for your meeting. This ensures you have an interpreter when you want at the time you want.
You are the expert in your work so working with our interpreters gives them the opportunity to best reflect you. They will be available before your meeting so you can brief them on the work you do. If your meeting is particularly complex or over 30 mins long our interpreters will bring in a colleague to ensure your meeting goes smoothly.

Translation Service
When you sign up or if you have minutes with Convo, you will have immediate live access to request a document, email or letter translation from English to BSL or from BSL to English.
We have a team of team of experienced and qualified Deaf BSL translators who work alongside our interpreting team. When you connect with our service you can request to be transferred to our translators, all our Translators are native BSL users.
We can:
- Translate written English (letters, notes, forms, or reports) into British Sign Language (BSL)
- Translating BSL into clear written English
Our team ensures your message is delivered accurately and respectfully, bridging not just language, but cultural understanding between Deaf communities across different countries. You can request BSL translation when you call in.
