Why are we rebranding SignLive to Convo?

SignLive has proudly served the community for over a decade. In 2020, we became part of the Convo family,  a global deaf-owned and deaf-led company committed to meaningful conversations. Now, we’re aligning everything under one meaningful, unified identity, Convo.

You might start to see small changes: our product is now called Convo Now, and our company is officially Convo, part of the global Convo family. The mission stays the same. The name simply brings us closer to our community and our values.

This rebrand unifies our vision, strengthens our impact, and allows us to scale with clarity, warmth, and purpose. It’s about streamlining how we serve both our Consumers and Partners and preparing for the next chapter of growth.

Will my personal data be protected during the rebrand?

Yes. The rebrand to Convo does not change how we protect your personal data. We continue to follow all GDPR standards, with the same care and security as before. Our data protection policies remain unchanged and are designed to keep your information safe.

What changes for partners who used to work with SignLive?

You’ll now work with Convo’s global Partner Success team, with the same direct warmth you trusted at SignLive. We’re upgrading access with QR-based deployment, unified billing, and real-time support designed to reduce friction, save time, and scale what works.

Why is SignLive joining Convo and why now?

Will my AtW contract be affected?

No changes to your AtW coverage. Convo continues to support AtW-funded interpreting just like SignLive did, and your current setup stays valid. We simply bring new tech and smoother access on top of it.
