Convo Announces Amanda Montgomery as Chief Executive Officer

Montgomery brings nearly a decade of leadership experience at Convo, most recently serving as Chief Legal Officer. Throughout her tenure, her influence has extended far beyond legal affairs, establishing her as a trusted collaborator and strategic thinker across all areas of the organisation.
"I want to lead with the same spirit that brought me into advocacy: grounded, collaborative, and focused on creating impact together," said Montgomery. "My goal is to build on what's been created and evolve it for the next chapter. This is about continuity and evolution, honoring where we've come from while preparing for what's ahead."
During her time with Convo, Montgomery played an instrumental role in designing and developing the business structures that enable the organisation to think globally while acting locally. Montgomery's appointment comes as founding CEO Jarrod Musano transitions to the role of Chair. In this capacity, Musano will focus on external relations, infrastructure development, accountability frameworks, and long-term organisational growth.
