Heathrow Airport has partnered with Convo to provide on-demand BSL interpreting across the airport via QR codes that connect Deaf passengers instantly with a qualified interpreter on their own device. Deaf travellers can also reach Heathrow's support team through the Convo Now app before they arrive. Convo is positioning this as a replicable model for any public-facing business looking to meet its Equality Act obligations and improve accessibility at scale.
